Thank you for shopping with The Perfume Spot. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date your order is delivered. If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The product must be unopened and unused
  • The item must be in its original sealed packaging

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

2. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

3. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will guide you through the return process.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
